Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a brand new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward mails from one electronic mail account to another, set up email filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails according to specific criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one email box to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the e-mail account you would like to forward mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the email client of your preference to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
